OUR STORY

Roseann Cousin was the Executive Director and Owner of Chorus Line Dance Studios for 37 years. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her philosophy was always to provide a positive approach to dance instruction for her students using praise, encouragement and love as the greatest teaching tools. Roseann loved the art of dance and wanted nothing more than to pass on this passion to her students.
She opened her first studio in 1982 and loved celebrating the successes, both on stage and off, of the thousands of students who joined the Chorus Line Dance Studio family from that time on.

Roseann believed that once you entered Chorus Line Dance Studio, you became family. She provided not only excellent dance instruction but a nurturing environment, where friendships grew and both challenges and successes were celebrated each year. Her wealth of experience and passion for dance benefitted her multitude of students. She inspired her staff and students to be the best that they can be in the dance studio and in their lives. Her dance lessons and life lessons live on in the hearts of so many.

In her honor Chorus Line continues to service this wonderful community by providing top quality dance instruction and a second home to all its students: past, present and future. The gift of dance is an art that changes one’s life for the better, regardless of skill level or career goals. It instills confidence, poise, grace, dedication, wonderful memories, life-long friendships and the thrill of reaching goals through hard work.
